Thursday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia announced that the industrial production dropped 20.4% year-on-year in July, compared to the 22.3% fall in the previous month.
Manufacturing production dropped 21.2% annually in July, while mining and quarrying production rose 1.2%. Production of electricity, gas, steam, air conditioning supply fell 14.1%.
On a monthly basis, industrial production increased 0.2% in July, after falling 0.9% in June.
For the January to July period, industrial production decreased 22.2% compared to the same period of the previous year.
