Friday, the Reserve Bank of India said in a report that the international reserves stood at US$ 280.77 billion as on on September 18, down from the US$ 280.98 billion in the previous week.
At the same time, the foreign currency assets decreased to US$ 264.35 billion from US$ 264.56 billion last week. Similarly, the gold reserves remained unchanged at US$ 9.83 billion.
Meanwhile, nation's reserve position in the international monitory fund stood at US$ 1.365 billion, unchanged from last week.
