Italian Hourly Wages Growth Rises In August

Italy's hourly wages rose 2.4% on an annual basis in August, faster than a 2.1% growth in the previous month, the statistical office ISTAT said Tuesday. Economists expected a 2.1% rise.

On a monthly basis, the hourly wages increased 0.3%. In the first eight months of the year, the hourly wages were up 3.1%.
