Germany's consumer sentiment survey results and producer price inflation figures from Spain are due on Monday, headlining a light day of European economic news.
At 2:00 am ET, Nuremberg-based GfK group is scheduled to release German consumer sentiment survey results for February. The index is expected to hold steady at 3.3.
At 3:00 am ET, the Czech Statistical Office is slated to issue business and consumer sentiment indicators for January.
In the meantime, retail sales data is due from Hungary's Central Statistical Office. Year-on-year, retail sales are forecast to drop 7.3% in November, following the 7.5% fall in the previous month.
At the same time, producer price inflation figures are due from Spain's National Statistics Institute. Economists expect the producer price index to rise 3.2% annually, rebounding from the 1.8% decline in the preceding month.
Finally, interest rate decision is due from the Hungarian central bank at 8:00 am ET. Economists forecast the central bank to slash the base rate to 6% from 6.25%.
