S.Korea Consumer Price Inflation Eases Further In July

Consumer prices in South Korea rose 1.6% year-on-year in July, slower than a 2% rise in the preceding month, the country's National Statistical Office said Monday. Economists expected a 1.7% increase in prices.

Compared to the previous month, consumer prices were up 0.4% in July, after falling 0.1% in June.
