Ireland Live Register Total Rises In December

Friday, Ireland's Central Statistics Office announced that the seasonally adjusted live register total stood at 426,700 in December, up from 423,400 in November.

On an unadjusted basis, live register total amounted to 423,595 in December, larger than the 413,500 in the previous month.

The standardized unemployment rate stood at 12.5% in December, up from 12.4% in November, revised from 12.5% reported initially.
