German Q3 Exports Decline

Monday, Germany's Federal Statistical Office announced that the exports decreased 19% year-on-year to EUR 200.2 billion in the third quarter from EUR 247.2 billion recorded a year ago. On a price adjusted basis, exports dropped 16.5%.

For the first three quarters of the year, exports declined 21.5% on an annual basis to EUR 591.4 billion, smaller than the EUR 752.6 billion last year.
