Slovenia Producer Prices Decline In 2009

Thursday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia announced that the producer price index or PPI dropped 1.2% in 2009 from the previous year. The PPI for domestic market decreased 0.8%, while the PPI for non-domestic market fell 1.8%.

In December, the PPI declined 1.2% on an annual basis and was down 0.2% compared to the preceding month.
