Statistics Denmark said on Thursday that the country's consumer confidence index increased to 1.8 in February from 1.1 in January - exactly in line with analyst forecasts.
Consumer assessment of the household financial situation increased to 1.2 in February from minus 1 in January, while views on the household financial situation over the next twelve months eased slightly to 14.2 from 15.1.
Danes rate the general economic situation in the last 12 months slightly better, with the sub-index rising to minus 24.2 from 25.4.
Perception of the economic situation in the next year, meanwhile, is slightly pessimistic.
