Lithuania Export,Import Prices Increase In August

Monday, the Statistics Lithuania announced that the export price index rose 1.4% month-on-month in August, compared to the 2.6% fall in the previous month.

Similarly, import prices increased 2.2% on a monthly basis in August, after falling 1.3% in August.

Year-on-year, export prices dropped 19.9% in August, compared to the 21.8% decline in the preceding month. Import prices fell 13.2% in August, following a 15.1% fall in July.
