Poland's gross domestic product grew 1.7% year-on-year in the third quarter, on an unadjusted basis, faster than a 1.1% rise in the second quarter, the Central Statistical Office said Monday. Economists expected a 1.6% growth.
Seasonally adjusted, the GDP grew 1% on a yearly basis in the third quarter, but slower than a 1.3% rise in the second quarter. On a sequential basis, the GDP was up a seasonally adjusted 0.5% in the third quarter, at the same pace as in the previous quarter.
