Brazil Industrial Output Drops In October

Wednesday, Brazil's statistical office IBGE announced that the industrial production decreased 3.2% year-on-year in October, slower than the 4% decline expected by economists'.

On a monthly basis, industrial production grew 2.2% in October, faster than the 2% growth anticipated by economists'.

For the January to October period, industrial output dropped 10.7% compared to the same period of the previous year.
