Italian hourly wages rose 0.2% month-on-month in October after rising 0.7% in September, statistical office Istat said Friday. That was in line with economists' expectations.
Compared to the previous year, hourly wages increased 3.2% in October, a notch higher than the 3.1% growth recorded in September.
According to collective agreements per employee, wages increased 0.2% month-on-month and 3.2% annually.
