Sweden's current account showed a surplus of SEK 67.9 billion in the second quarter, a report by the Statistics Sweden said Tuesday. This was mainly due to an improvement in the goods and services surpluses.
The trade surplus improved by SEK 9.9 billion from the first quarter to SEK 38.9 billion. The surplus in the services account increased by SEK 5.1 billion to SEK 30.2 billion.
Meanwhile, the financial account showed a net outflow of SEK 96.8 billion in the second quarter.
