Norway's jobless rate stood at 3.1% of the labor force in April to June, the Statistics Norway said Friday. Economists were expecting a rate of 3.2% for three months to June. The unemployment rate was 3.1% during January to March period.
The statistical office said seasonally adjusted numbers for those registered unemployed and on government initiatives to promote employment with the Labor and Welfare Organization increased by 11,000 in the same period.
