New Zealand June Domestic, Private Credit Growth Ease

Thursday, a report by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand said domestic credit rose 3.5% year-on-year in June, slower than a 3.8% rise in the preceding month.

At the same time, the private sector credit was up 2.3% compared to a 2.7% growth in the preceding month.

On a monthly basis, the domestic credit grew 0.2%, after a 0.6% fall in May, while the private sector credit rose 0.2% , after a 0.1% increase in the previous month.
