Consumer sentiment in Australia declined in November by 2.5 percent compared to October, according to survey results released Wednesday by Westpac Bank and the Melbourne Institute.
The group's consumer sentiment index fell to a seasonally adjusted 118.3 points from October's level of 121.4.
For the year to November, the index was up a seasonally adjusted 38.3 percent.
Westpac/Melbourne said all components of its index declined in November.
