Portugal July Industrial Output Drops

Friday, the Statistics Portugal announced that the industrial production dropped 9% year-on-year in July, after falling 9.8% in June, revised from 9.5% fall reported initially. A year earlier, industrial production was down 2%.

On a monthly basis, industrial production rose 1.6% in July, compared with a revised 0.2% fall in the previous month.
