Norway's M2 money supply rose 2.3% year-on-year in October, slower than a 3.1% growth in the previous month, a report by Statistics Norway said Monday. The money supply rose to NOK 1.52 trillion in October from NOK 1.51 trillion in the previous month.
At the same time, the M1 money supply climbed 5.2%, quicker than a 1.7% rise in September. The base money or M0 money supply, however dropped 21.2% compared to a 22.7% increase in the previous month.
