Consumer prices in Lithuania climbed 3% year-on-year in July, slower than a 4.2% rise in the preceding month, the Statistics Lithuania said Monday.
Annually, consumer prices increased the most for health care, by 17.1%, followed by a 12.6% rise for alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
Month-on-month, consumer prices fell 0.8% in July, following a 0.3% fall in the preceding month. This was the fourth consecutive month of decline in consumer prices.
