Wednesday, European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet restated that the financial crisis is not yet over.

"It's not time yet to say that the crisis is over," Trichet told reporters in Brussels after meeting European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek.

He noted that it is important for policymakers to consider strategies to withdraw stimulus measures.
