Denmark's purchasing managers index or PMI decreased to 46.1 in November from 48.4 in October, Purchasing and Logistics Forum/DILF said on Tuesday.
A reading above 50 indicates expansion, while a reading below 50 signals a contraction.
New orders increased further to 56.9 in November from 56 in October, while output dropped to 56.9 from 58 in October. At the same time, employment index fell to 37 from 37.7 in the preceding month.
