The consumer price index in China was up 0.6 percent on year in November, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Friday, ending the deflationary trend that had stretched over the past nine months.
The result was in line with expectations for between a 0.4 and a 0.6 percent increase following the 0.5 percent annual contraction in October.
Also, producer prices were down 2.1 percent on year, the data showed - again matching forecasts following the 5.8 percent annual decline in the previous month.
