Bulgaria Visitor Arrivals Fall In October

Visitor arrivals to Bulgaria dropped 2.6% year-on-year to 454,224 in October, the National Statistics Institute reported on Friday. Total arrivals from the European Union remained widely unchanged at 284,570.

Visitor arrivals from Greece plunged 9% annually in October. On the other hand, arrivals from Romania increased 0.3%, while arrivals from Poland grew 27.9%.

Meanwhile, departures by Bulgarian residents to abroad dropped 19.8% on year in October.
