Monday, Latvia's Central Statistical Bureau said in a report that the industrial production dropped a working day adjusted 18.5% year-on-year in June, after falling 19.5% in May.
Manufacturing output dipped 20% on an annual basis in June, while mining and quarrying output fell 22.3%.
Month-on-month, industrial output rose a seasonally adjusted 1.4% in June, while manufacturing output increased 0.9%.
In the second quarter, industrial production increased 2.2% sequentially and it was down 18.7% compared to the previous year.
For the January to June period, industrial production decreased 20.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.
