Lithuania HICP Drops In January

Friday, the Statistics Lithuania announced that the harmonized index of consumer prices or HICP dropped 0.3% year-on-year in January, compared to the 1.2% increase in the previous month.

On a monthly basis, the HICP rose 1.2% in January, after falling 0.3% in December.

The average annual HICP inflation stood at 3.4% in January, slower than the 4.2% growth in the previous month.
