Australia Visitor Arrivals Edge Up In October

Visitor arrivals to Australia rose a seasonally adjusted 0.2% month-on-month to 480,500 in October compared to the 4.1% increase in September, the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported on Monday.

At the same time, the number of overseas departures by Australian residents grew a seasonally adjusted 7.5% on month to 570,200, after the 4.9% decline in September.
