British economic recovery will be enterprise-led, provided the government supports to create favorable operating conditions for firms, Business Secretary Peter Mandelson said Friday.

"Our recovery will be enterprise-led. The jobs and growth will be created by private enterprise and private investment. But if and how government supports that enterprise will be critical," he said in a speech at the Said Business School.
