Greek Import Prices Fall In August

Tuesday, the General Secretariat of the National Statistical Service of Greece announced that the import price index decreased 2.9% year-on-year in August, compared to the 6.4% fall in the previous month. A year ago, import prices were up 10.6%.

On a monthly basis, import prices increased 1.7% in August, after falling 0.5% in July.
