Slovenia Logs Trade Surplus In June

Friday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia announced that the trade surplus stood at EUR 29.3 billion in June, up from EUR 22.1 billion deficit in the previous month.

Exports decreased 19.6% year-on-year to EUR 1.4 billion in June, while imports were down 31.9% to EUR 1.4 billion.

For the first six months of the year, the trade deficit amounted to EUR 288.27 billion. Exports and imports dropped by 23.2% and 30.2%, respectively.
