Romania June Producer Price Inflation Rises

Tuesday, Romania's National Institute of Statistics said in a report that the producer price index rose 0.6% month-on-month in June, faster than the 0.4% growth in the previous month.

Prices of manufacturing increased by 1%, while the quarrying industry decreased by 1.3%. Prices of production and supply of electricity and heat, gas, hot water and air conditioning decreased by 0.4%.

Year-on-year, the PPI remained unchanged in June.
