Poland June Current Account Surplus Widens

Wednesday, the Poland central bank said in a report that the current account surplus stood at EUR 459 million in June, up from a revised EUR 284 million surplus in May.

The capital account surplus amounted to EUR 110 million in June, smaller than the EUR 239 million in the previous month.

At the same time, the financial account deficit stood at EUR 813 million, down from EUR 1.66 billion in May.
