Norway June Manufacturing Turnover Drops

Friday, the Statistics Norway announced that the manufacturing turnover dropped 10.9% year-over-year in June. Meanwhile, mining and quarrying turnover decreased 3%.

Month-on-month, manufacturing turnover fell a seasonally adjusted 1.8% in June.

In the second quarter, manufacturing turnover was down a seasonally adjusted 6.2% compared to the previous quarter.

For the January to June period, manufacturing turnover declined 7.3% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The overall industrial turnover decreased 19.5% annually in June, and it was down 9.6% sequentially in the second quarter.
