Friday, the Statistics Lithuania announced that the retail sales increased 3.1% month-on-month in July, faster than the 0.9% growth in the previous month.
On an annual basis, retail sales decreased 27.1% in July, compared with a 25% fall in the previous month.
For the January to July period, retail sales dipped 28.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Meanwhile, retail sales, excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles dropped 19.8% on an annual basis, and it was up 4.8% compared to the preceding month.
