Latvia Producer Prices Decline In September

Wednesday, the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia announced that the producer price index or PPI dropped 8% year-on-year in September, compared to the 9.3% fall in the previous month.

On a monthly basis, producer prices increased 0.3% in September, after a flat reading in the preceding month.

In the third quarter, the PPI decreased 1.6% sequentially, and it was down 8.6% compared to the same period of the previous year.
