Cyprus Tourist Arrivals Decrease In July

Thursday, the Statistical Service of the Republic of Cyprus announced that the tourist arrivals decreased 11.2% year-on-year to 304,126 in July, compared to the 342,554 tourists in the previous year.

Tourist arrivals from the United Kingdom dropped 6.8% annually in July, while Russian and Swedish tourists arrivals decreased by 15,6% and 8.2%, respectively. However, tourist arrivals from Greece increased 6.4%.

For the January to July period, tourists arrivals declined 10.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.
