Tuesday, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics announced that the industrial production decreased 8.5% year-on-year in July, compared to the 8.7% fall in the previous month.
Manufacturing production dipped 9.5% annually in July, while mining and quarrying production fell 6.4%. Production of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply declined 4%.
On a monthly basis, industrial production decreased 0.3% in July, compared to the 0.7% fall in the previous month. A year ago, industrial production was down 0.8%.
