Belgium Q2 GDP Drops

Friday, the National Bank of Belgium announced that the gross domestic product or GDP declined a seasonally and calender adjusted 0.4% sequentially in the second quarter, compared to the 1.7% fall in the previous quarter. A year earlier, the GDP was up 0.3%.

Year-on-year, the GDP dropped 3.8% in the second quarter, after falling 3.1% in the first quarter.
