Sweden Services Output Declines In June

Wednesday, the Statistics Sweden announced that the services production decreased a working day adjusted 7.6% year-over-year in June, compared with a 7.9% fall in the preceding month.

At the same time, total service production excluding real estate activities dropped 7.9% , following a 10.4% decline in the previous month.

Meanwhile, wholesale and retail trade dipped 10.3% annually in June, easing from 11.8% fall reported in May.

Similarly, wholesale trade, excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles, decreased by 16.8% in June, after falling 20.2% in May. Retail trade excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles rose 1.6%.
