Friday, major statistical reports due for the day are Switzerland's consumer prices and European Commission's economic forecasts.
At 2.00am ET, the Statistics Finland is slated to issue motor vehicle registrations details for the month of August. The number of new motor vehicles registered had dropped 31.1% year-on-year to 14,792 units in July.
At 2.45am ET, the French central government balance is due.
The Swiss Federal Statistical Office is scheduled to issue CPI for August at 3.15am ET. Consumer prices are forecast to drop 0.7% annually in August, following a 1.2% drop in July. Meanwhile, monthly inflation is seen at 0.2%.
Thereafter, the Italian statistical office ISTAT is set to release the trade balance for June. In May, the trade surplus was EUR 1.18 billion.
The Icelandic quarterly national accounts data is due from the Statistics Iceland at 5.00am ET.
At 5.45am ET, the European Commission's Interim Economic Forecasts is expected.
