Denmark June Industrial Output Drops Further

Monday, the Statistics Denmark said in a report that the industrial production excluding ships and other transport equipment dropped 5.4% month-on-month in June, compared with a 2% fall in May, revised from 1.5% decline reported initially.

Meanwhile, industrial turnover fell 0.5% in June, and revenues were down 2.4%. At the same time, industrial orders dropped 32.9%.

For the April to June period, industrial production fell 6.7% compared to the previous three months. During the period, industrial turnover and new orders decreased by 4.3% and 4.8%, respectively.
