Friday, the National Bank of Belgium said in a report that the consumer confidence indicator stood at minus 11 in September, unchanged from the previous month. A year ago, the index was minus 9.
The measure for households' saving capacity over the next twelve months increased to 6 in September from 5 in the previous month. Meanwhile, the financial situation indicator remained unchanged at 1.
Further, the gauge for economic situation in Belgium over the next twelve months stood at 6 in September, down from minus 7 in August. At the same time, the measure for unemployment stood stable at 57.
