Slovenia Avg. Monthly Gross Earnings Increase In June

Monday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia announced that the average monthly gross earnings increased 4.7% year-on-year in June, larger than the 4.1% growth in the previous month.

On a monthly basis, gross earnings increased 1% in June, after falling 0.5% in May.

For the January to June period, average monthly gross earnings grew 5% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Meanwhile, net earnings increased 4.6% annually in June, faster than the 3.9% increase in the previous month. Month-on-month, net earnings grew 0.8% in June, compared to the 0.3% rise in the preceding month.
