Croatia Avg. Monthly Gross Earnings Decline In May

Tuesday, Croatia's Central Bureau of Statistics announced that the real average monthly gross earnings per person in employment in legal entities decreased 1% year-over-year in May. In nominal terms, gross earnings were up 1.6%.

On a monthly basis, average monthly gross earnings in real terms rose 0.6% in May.

For the January to May period, average monthly gross earnings increased 0.3% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The average monthly net earnings increased 0.2% on an annual basis in May, while it rose 0.6% compared to the previous month.
